I Used To Dance

As kids and teenagers, we were all at some point part of a club or class which we attended every week. They helped us to build skills and confidence that we may still be using till this day. It was always fun to wake up to a morning dance class on a Saturday with friends, or join in after school clubs in school.

Over time, we may have lost interest. It may have become not considered ‘cool’ to be part of a club or dance class. Often, we find clients lost touch with dance in their early teenage years, something most of them regret not continuing with.

No matter what age, or how may years it has been left, we welcome everybody to join in our classes. Our classes are full with fun and dance loving individuals. We all attend for different goals but everyone is there to make friends, have fun and get fit!

As a previous dancer, we know you may already have the skills and flexibility, but it may be your confidence that you feel you are lacking. Our classes will help to build your confidence back up. We take every class and move step by step, ensuring everyone is keeping up. We take our time with each individual, we do not rush our clients, and we are happy to go through the steps as many times as you please.

Gyms can be daunting, and sometimes a boring and repetitive process. Going alone can be unmotivated, making it easier to think of excuses why not to go. By participating in a class exercise, you are socialising whilst getting fit. You are meeting with friends several times a week to do something new and fun. Our routines are always changing and you get to dance to great music.

With our dance and fitness classes, we have known clients to loose 7lbs or more in a matter of weeks. They have found their fitness levels to increase dramatically, and not only that, they feel better and have much more energy. Clients look forward to classes each week, building relationships and making new friends.

We are on hand every step of the way to help you reach your goals, but have fun and make friends at the same time.
